The McGoodwin Company is a diversified real estate development company based in Lexington, Kentucky. Started in 1985 by Robert A. McGoodwin, our firm has managed or developed over 100 projects throughout Kentucky either as developer/owner or developer for a third party. The Major Projects are listed below. We have always specialized in finding undervalued assets and creating value in them. We are especially known for our skills in the area of adaptive reuse of older and mainly historically industrial properties and have been recognized with several historic preservation awards for our efforts.
